Should I report game bugs here or on Discord?

You can do both! Submit here via our form, but we strongly recommend also posting to the official Discord where the dev team monitors bugs directly. Discord usually gets faster responses for game issues.

How long does it take to get a response?

For wiki feedback, we typically respond within 24-48 hours. For game bugs, if you also post to Discord, the dev team may respond faster there. Wiki corrections are often implemented within a few days!

Is Heartopia.gg official?

No, Heartopia.gg is a fan-made wiki and resource site. We are not affiliated with XD Games or the official Heartopia team. However, we do forward game bugs to appropriate channels and maintain close ties with the community.

Can I contribute content directly?

Absolutely! We welcome community contributions. Submit detailed information through the form above or email us if you'd like to help maintain specific sections of the wiki.

I found outdated wiki information. What should I do?

Please let us know! Heartopia updates frequently, and keeping everything current is a team effort. Submit the correct info via the form or email, and we'll update it ASAP.
