Game-Breaking
Character Stuck / Soft-Locked
Players report being unable to move after certain interactions (fishing, using umbrellas, getting stuck in walls/holes). Exiting and rejoining loads to the same stuck state.

Mobile
Workaround:
Try pressing the Windows key (PC) to unlock controls temporarily, or use the "Relocate" feature in Settings. If stuck in umbrella, close and reopen umbrella.
Quest Progression Blocked (Tutorial Skipping)
Skipping tutorial dialogue prevents essential recipes (Fertilizer, Growth Accelerator) from unlocking, completely blocking progression.
All Platforms
Workaround:
Contact official support to manually unlock recipes, or restart on new account. Do not skip tutorial dialogue.
Main Quest Blocked After "Le monde est vaste" (French Client)
After completing the quest "Le monde est vaste" (The world is vast), no new main quests appear, completely stopping story progression.
French Language Client
Profession Orders Missing Daily
Missing first-day resident tasks causes permanent loss of 5 profession orders per day, severely limiting building level progression for paying players.

High Impact
Fishing Controls Freeze
Keyboard input stops working when fishing. "You can't fish right now" message loops continuously. Fishing rod casts automatically. Only TAB menu remains responsive.

Workaround:
Press Windows key to temporarily unlock controls. Restart game frequently. Avoid fishing during ship events.
Camera Stuck After Fishing
After catching fish, camera remains stuck in fishing view. Character cannot move or be controlled. Must restart game.

Total Control Loss
Cannot move character or use any tools on PC. Game was working fine the day before.

Workaround:
Verify game files (Steam), check keyboard bindings in Settings, restart computer, or reinstall game.

Playability Impact
Indoor Snow (Severe)
During snowy weather, snow falls inside fully enclosed rooms, accumulates on indoor floors, and causes severe whiteout effects making pets and interactions completely invisible.

Pet Icon Display Bug
Dog thumbnails show as blank white squares in pet list interface.

UI Elements Disappear
Game interface elements randomly disappear during gameplay, including buttons and menus.

Item Loss
Furniture Disappears from Inventory
Items (especially furniture) vanish from inventory permanently. Happens randomly or after certain actions.

Workaround:
Check all storage locations (inventory, storage boxes, mailbox). Contact support with account ID for item restoration.
Blueprint System Item Loss (Permanent)
Using housing blueprints causes placed furniture to disappear permanently. Items are removed from house but not returned to inventory.

Workaround:
AVOID using blueprints until patched. Manually save furniture before testing blueprints.
Recipe Sold Out Forever (Fish and Chips)
Fish and Chips recipe shows "sold out" permanently in shop. Cannot be obtained through any method.

Progression Impact
Living Room Creation Task Stuck
Cannot complete living room quest despite meeting all furniture placement requirements. Task remains incomplete.

Pet Feeding Quest Broken (Pre-Task Feeding)
Feeding cat before receiving "Feed the Kitty at Home" quest causes cat to never be hungry again, making quest impossible to complete.

Do not feed pets until you receive related quests. If already affected, contact support.
Weekly Requests Don't Refresh
After completing weekly requests, the week selection doesn't refresh properly, preventing new weekly quests.

Missing Rewards
Collection Rewards Missing (Hobby Upgrade Tickets)
After completing collections (bird watching, bug catching), rewards (especially hobby upgrade tickets) don't appear in account. Gold and stars received normally.

Check mailbox and all tabs. Contact support with screenshots of completed collections.
Purchase Not Received
Players report making in-game purchases but not receiving purchased items after 24+ hours.

Check email for payment receipt, verify purchase in App Store/Google Play transaction history, restart game, contact support with receipt.
Daily Gacha Rewards Not Registering
Completing all villager requests doesn't register on daily gacha prize progress. Started playing 1/10, fulfilled all requests but no gacha credit.

Guild Sign-In Stuck at Day 1
Guild sign-in always shows "Day 1" regardless of consecutive sign-ins. Counter never increments.

Try leaving and rejoining guild (check guild cooldown rules first).
Most Rewards Not Received (Hair, Gacha)
Player reports not receiving majority of rewards including hairstyles and gacha prizes despite earning them.

Gameplay Balance
Gacha 5-Star Duplicate Problem
Multiple accounts experiencing excessive 5-star item duplicates from gacha system, suggesting possible rate/randomization issue.

Medium Fish Tank Capacity (1 Fish Only)
Medium fish tank only allows 1 fish despite the name and expected capacity. Confirmed by support as bug with visual proof.

Bird Event Spawn Rate & Difficulty
Weather-dependent bird events (flamingo, toucan) have extremely low spawn rates, and event difficulty appears too high for average players.

Emulator Macro Exploitation (Social Wall)
Players using emulators like LDPlayer can run macro scripts to auto-post on the social wall, artificially inflating likes and posts to gain unfair reward advantages over legitimate players.
PC Emulators
Note:
This is a fair-play concern. Report suspected exploiters via official Discord or in-game support (Settings > Customer Support > Report Exploit).

Exploration Problems
Character Stuck in Wall Holes
Players can walk into certain wall gaps and become stuck, unable to return home or move.

Workaround:
Use "Relocate" feature in Settings menu, or restart game.
Map Boundary Glitches / Out of Bounds
Players report walking through invisible walls or getting outside intended map boundaries.

Account Safety
Account Lost / Cannot Login
Players unable to access accounts after game updates or device changes. Especially affects players without proper account binding.

Workaround:
Always bind account to Google/Apple/TapTap immediately. Contact support with user ID and purchase receipts for recovery.
Survey Verification Code Broken
In-game survey system's verification code doesn't work, preventing survey completion.
